Cruise rates are:

  • $20 per calendar day for compact vehicles
  • $25 per calendar day for full-sized, vans, trucks and SUVs (Any vehicle that is 16ft+ in Length or 6.5ft+ in Height). Not sure..check Edmunds.
  • $2.00 convenience fee per reservation.

We are approximately a 7-8 block walk to Pier 35; this is about 10-15 minute walk.  It is a 9-10 block walk to Pier 27 and about a 18 minute walk .

Question: Do you offer shuttle a service? What do we do about our luggage?
Answer: We currently do not offer a shuttle service. Prior to coming to the garage, we suggest to our customers to drop off guests and luggage at the cruise terminal.

Porters are available at the terminal to assist with boarding the cruise boat. For further information, please call Princess Cruises at 1-800-774-6237, Press 2, then Press 3

From the North Bay:
– US-101 South (Partial toll road)
– Turn left onto Van Ness Ave/US-101 N. Continue to follow Van Ness Ave.
– Turn right onto N Point St
– Turn left onto Jones St.
– Take the 1st left onto Beach St.
– Garage entrance will be on your right-hand side

From the East Bay:
– Take the I-80 W/I-580 E ramp to San Francisco/Stockton
– Follow signs for Interstate 80 W/San Francisco and merge onto I-80 W (Partial toll road)
– Exit onto Fremont St
– Keep right to take the Folsom St ramp.
– Turn left onto Folsom St
– Turn left onto The Embarcadero.
– Stay straight to go onto Jefferson St.
– Turn left onto Taylor St.
– Take the 1st right onto Beach St.
– Garage entrance will be on your right-hand side

From SFO/South Bay:
– Take US-101 North
– Merge onto I-280 N
– Continue onto King St
– Continue onto The Embarcadero
– Stay straight to go onto Jefferson St.

Question: What do you consider oversized?
Answer: Any vehicle that exceeds 16ft in Length or 6.5 ft in Height.  Not sure the size of your vehicle?  Check the specifications of your car’s length and height on Edmunds.  Enter the Year, Make and Model of your vehicle, then click on features and specifications.

Question: What is your max clearance?
Answer: The garage clearance is 6 ft and 9 inches.

Question: Concerning your rates, what do you mean by per calendar date?
Answer: Our cruise parking rates expire at midnight, and then renew. The number of days is reflected on how many days on a calendar your vehicle stays in our facility.

Question: When do you charge our credit card?
Answer:  With our new voucher system your credit card is charged the day you make your reservation.

Question: What is your cancellation policy for cruise parking reservations?
Answer: Customer may cancel a confirmed reservation two (2) weeks prior sailing date, for a full refund.

If canceled within two (2) weeks prior sailing date a $40.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Question: What is required the day of my of cruise?
Answer: Please bring your voucher and leave it in the vehicle. We highly advise you not to leave any personal belongings in your vehicle.  All peripherals such as Garmins, holsters, charging cables, and anything that is not stock to the vehicle to please be put away where it is not visible.

Question: Someone else in my party will be driving the car to the garage, but my name is the voucher, is that ok?
Answer: Yes.  As long as the voucher is the vehicle.

Question: How secure is your facility?
Answer:  Anchorage Garage is a secured facility.  During business hours there are attendants to help assist customers and make rounds in the garage. This multiple floor facility is gated after-hours and has camera surveillance.

Question: The cruise dates are sold out.  What are the alternatives?
Answer: San Francisco Port provides the following alternative on their website.  Please visit http://sfport.com/cruise-parking

Question: What time should I arrive at your facility?
Answer: You may arrive at any time you wish. However, we do suggest that you arrive one hour prior to your Cruise check-in time. This will help account for traffic, walking times, etc.

Question: Do I have to leave my key?
Answer: No need to leave keys as this is a completely self park facility.

Question: I would like to tour the surrounding area.  Is it possible to leave and pick up my luggage later?
Answer: We highly advise not to leave any personal belongings in your vehicle.  However, if you opt to pick-up your luggage later, upon leaving your vehicle please put away your luggage and any peripherals such as Garmins, holsters, charging cables, and anything that is not stock to the vehicle in the trunk or glove compartment; where it is not visible.

Question: What are your Garage Hours of Operation?
Answer: Anchorage is open 24/7

Question: Why do I see a check-in time and check-out time on my reservation?
Answer: The check-in and check-out times reflect our per calendar day policy.
